Whoo! There's so much to do!

Progress Report

Okay, I've been drinking my Gano coffee (and the rooibos tea, which is pretty good) every morning and listening to Morry's brain entrainment, including the Quantum Confidence.  So far so good.  Except for the water in my ear from this morning's shower, I feel pretty perky.

I'm also improving my chakra health and beating up my money monster, but you'll have to visit Happy-Earthling to figure out what that means.

A couple of weeks ago I enrolled in a "Manifest Now" webinar series, and every day since I've listened to energy healers and writers and had to hold myself back every time from buying more programs.  I have to admit, though, I succumbed to a couple.

One package was from Harrison Klein, a teacher and transformationalist (his self description).  With a series of six telephone seminars he talks about energy health, the law of attraction, and energy consciousness and he seems to know what he's talking about.  My energy is raising just thinking about his lectures, which is really what they are.  You can tell he was a teacher; he really enjoys what he does, and it shows.  Go to  www.iamharrisonklein.com if you want to know more about what he does.

Mahendra Trivedi really caught my attention, though.  He has an uncanny ability to transmit some kind of Universal energy that  enhances the health and energy level of people, animals and plants, transforming the growth and well-being of everything he transmits to.  He may be a bit goofy looking, but scientists are very interested in his ability and have been testing him and his energy boosts on everything from grape crops to cancer patients.

The plan he was selling was for transmitting three energy boosts during three different telephone seminars for a reasonable payment which will be used for further research in energy transmissions.   Done over the phone, he'll send energy my way to boost my personal energy and heal any cellular deficiencies.  This was a very interesting proposition.

Yes, I did it.  At first it was curiosity that got me; I had to know more, and I was all for research funding.  The strangest thing happened, though, and I was not prepared for it.  Just minutes after I bought the "plan" I was hit by a wave of something very hard to explain.  Like an invisible electronic wind, the wave washed over me, practically knocking me out of my chair.  I could feel my hair flowing around my head in the electrical breeze and I had to hold onto my desk to keep from falling over; at least it felt like I'd fall over.  I didn't know what it really was, or if it had anything to do with the Trivedi Effect, as it's called, but I was impressed.  The real phone transmission will be the test.

Go to www.trivedimasterwellness.com if you want to know more about this crazy guy.  I know I'm not done learning about him.

I finally started Furry Earthlings, my site for pet owners.  I wanted to create a page that I'll call, "Love Chronicles," and feature pets and love stories from their owners, so I emailed all of my friends with animals to get them to submit something from the heart about their furry kids.  So far I've gotten one answer, and it was not much of a love story.  This might turn out to be a page all about Jolene, my little mutt, if this keeps up.

But I did find some good information about positive reinforcement training and created a page with some good programs for cats, dogs, and birds.  Next I'll talk about nutrition.  This might turn out to be a pretty good website.

Happy Earthlings is getting some good comments.  Every new post spurs me on to continue creating more pages.  Every new "Manifest Now" webinar brings to me a subject to write about, so more is coming.

I'll let you know what happens, if anything, with my phone transmissions.  It's an every-other week affair and time will tell if I get any energy boosts.  Until then I'll keep drinking my Gano coffee and tea and continue to train my brain.  Maybe my money honey will help me create a new income.  I've got a lead on musical brain entrainment and I'm thinking of trying some of their albums.

Train Your Brain! (Brain Entrainment)

What is Brain Entrainment?

I was talking to my Mind Protein coach one day about what I'd accomplished in the previous weeks and what I wanted to accomplish in the next two, when he suggested I get in touch with another student.  She was working on a marketing project with this guy who had developed a set of audios designed to enhance your brain power.  Intrigued, I chose to believe he meant that this might be a good sales opportunity and not a comment on my lack of intelligence, and emailed her.  I'd heard of brain entrainment and had always wanted to try it and I figured I could kill two birds with one tone, so to speak; improve my brain power while helping out a fellow student and her client.

So, what is brain entrainment, you might ask?

We all know that our brains are electrically charged and scientists can measure our brainwave activity via sensitive electronic equipment, such as with an EEG, or electroencephalogram machine.  They discovered that the activity can be affected externally by pulses of light or sound and the electrical response of the brain to this type of stimulus is called brainwave entrainment.  Depending on the frequency of the pulse, the brain responds by synchronizing its own electric cycle to the same rhythm of the pulse to create specific brain activity.  You can improve your state of creativity, concentration, sleep, meditation, etc. with regular exposure to these pulses.

Research has shown that you need at least 6 full minutes at any desired frequency to allow the brain to entrain to it.  Any unwanted sounds, such as music or someone talking in a nonrhythmic manner, that occur during the presentation of the main tone actually get in the way of the entrainment process.  What you hear on the audios is a steady pulse of electronic beats that stimulate your brain to match the frequency of the audio and enhance your brain's activity.  I looked at these pictures and thought, hey, it'd be nice to actually use most of my brain  instead of straining what little is actually working.  It'd be a nice change to be able to communicate efficiently and remember what I had for breakfast..

Even though they warn people with brain issues, like epilepsy, about using these audio systems, I decided it was worth a try.

Lisa, my contact, is working with Morry Zelcovitch, a certified brainwave entrainment engineer, who has developed his own program of brain boosting audios.  I told her that I'd like to try one of his audio systems, then I'd write about what I thought of it.  She immediately sent me one of his three-audio systems and I downloaded them onto my MP3 player.  After listening to them on a regular basis I'm supposed to be able to think more clearly,  be better at solving problems, reduce mental fatigue, and just plain use more of my brain.

Woo, hoo!  I thought.  I am ready for a good brain booster.  That day I set out to improve my brain function and listened to the Alpha-Flight audio.  Very interesting.  It was almost like listening to a super fast train on a super smooth track.

Morry's product is called The Morry Method and he has a nice web site that explains what his program is designed to do.  Go to www.themorrymethod.com and read the testimonials that he has posted.  The three audios Linda sent me were called,  Digital Coffee, Alpha Flight and Quantum Confidence.  I was supposed to listen to Digital Coffee in the morning, Alpha Flight in the afternoons and Quantum Confidence about two hours before bed every day for two to three months.

Hah!  It's been a couple of weeks now, and I've managed to listen to Digital Coffee most mornings and Alpha Flight most evenings, both while in bed.  They're each almost 20 minutes long, and I have a difficult time stopping everything to sit still with my MP3 player three times a day.  But I keep trying.  At this rate, though, I'll never have Quantum Confidence.

I've been trying to notice any changes with my brain power.  What I've noticed is this:  my hot flashes increased and my sense of smell has improved.  And yesterday I was able to hold onto a set of numbers that I had to use as a password to a new account.  That was new for me.  Usually those numbers flitter out of my brain before I get a chance to click on the next open page.  So, maybe this brain entrainment is working.  Maybe two months from now I'll be able to create a website a day, like my Mind Protein mentors insist I should be able to do by now.

Sigh.   I just went to Morry's Facebook Page and saw that the Quantum Confidence is supposed to go to the root cause of what's holding me back.  Looks like I'll have to try harder to listen to it.  Check out his page and click on the "Learn about the method" tab to get a free sample of his Quantum Mind Power System.  Become a fan and maybe he'll invite you  to a free webinar about his program.

I'm going to continue listening to these audios and report back to you about how it's working.  I'm not sure I'm supposed to have physical reactions, and it's hard to know what my brain is doing even on a good day, but I'm sure to notice when I actually feel smarter.  Or at least remember what I had for breakfast.

My Gano Cafe

     Can Coffee Heal You?

That's what I've been told.  Of course, it depends on what's in the coffee, and there's a magic mushroom in this coffee.

I met a nice woman, Tam, on LinkedIn that wanted help selling her book.  Like me, she's been looking for a better way to teach, and she wrote a book for kids about the law of attraction.  It's a cute little book with a good message, so I created a link to her web page on Little Earthlings; check it out if you dare.

During our e-conversations she asked if I liked coffee, and I said yes.  The next thing I know she sends me a couple of packets of instant organic coffee from Gano Excel, a coffee company that markets coffee and tea spiced with ganoderma lucidum, a mushroom prized for it's ability to aid the body to heal itself.  The coffee she sent had sugar and cream, called Gano cafe 3-in-1; I tried it and liked it and thought, what the heck, I'll keep drinking it and see if it's really helping me.

Tam sent me a link to her virtual coffee shop and a video of a testimonial about how drinking the coffee changed this man's life.  He went on and on about his health:  his arthritis was cured, he lost weight, his eyesight improved, his hair grew back, he has more energy, more zest for life, better brain function--on and on he went until I decided I wasn't going to wait around for him to give birth and stopped the video.  My curiosity was piqued, though, and I wanted to know more about this magic mushroom.

I searched the web for any information I could find, keeping an eye out for someone to say that it was all hype and there were actually unhealthy aspects of the mushroom.  I haven't found any yet.  I also found that it's big business, even though I've never heard of it before, and people were selling and buying gano lucidum supplements all over the place.  This was good, I decided, I can not only become a regular drinker of the coffee, I could promote it to people.

I went one step further; I now have my own virtual coffee shop.  The shop offers the coffee in several styles: with sugar and cream, a mocha flavor, coffee with ginseng, and plain black for those who want to use their own sweeteners, like me.  I've become a fan of agave nectar and almond milk in my tea and coffee.  My Gano Cafe also offers hot chocolate and rooibus tea with the mushroom in it, making the tea a double punch of anti oxidants, and it's caffeine free. They also sell supplements, a hot cereal and soap.

Here's what I've learned about ganoderma lucidum:  it's the scientific name for a species of red mushroom called reishi that once grew in the wild and is now being cultivated at special farms, in pristine growing conditions.  Ganoderma contains more than 200 active elements that are known to improve our health.  It is known to:

  • Strengthen the body's immune system
  • Balance blood sugar level and improve pancreatic functions
  • Protect against degeneration of skin cells and reduces the appearance of aging
  • Control destruction of healthy cells throughout the body
  • Eliminate accumulated toxins
  • Increase metabolism
  • Reduce cholesterol
  • Inhibit allergies
  • Relieve sinus congestion
And much more that makes it sound too good to be true.  The more you take it, the healthier and stronger your body gets, and if you are already overwhelmed by a bunch of supplements you're forgetting to take on a daily basis, like me, drinking a cup of coffee or tea a day is an easy way to make sure you're supplementing your health.  Sounds like a good deal, eh?

When you look at the prices of Gano Excel's products, you think, Holy Moly, that's a lot for a cup of coffee!   At least that's what I thought.  But when you really think about it, you get 30 packets in each box, each a cup of coffee, and the price of that cup of coffee costs less than a dollar, plus your gano supplement is already infused.  Then Tam showed me that I can enroll for an automated ship service that lets me cut the price almost in half, and I can switch the products around and try them all.  I've got the rooibus tea, a tea I already like to drink in the evening, on order.  Next I'm trying the hot chocolate.

If you're interested in learning more, check out my website, www.myganocafe.com/h2be and go through all of the pages on the green line at the top of the page.  You'll get a lot of information.  And there's a video link on the page in the orange box above my head.  If you're still not convinced, web search the dumb mushroom.

I know I'm impressed enough to drink the coffee, which is good organically grown coffee, by the way.  I never thought I'd like instant coffee like this.  I took some to work and had other people give me their opinions and they liked it too.  I'll keep you apprised on how their other products strike me as I try them.

Gano Excel is an international corporation that seems to be pretty popular.  They have company locations all over the world.  Go HERE if you want to know more about them.  They even have You Tube video link.

You ever know what you'll like until you try it.  And remember, a healthy body is a high vibrating body!
