Run Your Access Bars

Have you found yourself bogged down with negative feelings, reacting badly to whatever buttons people around you are unconsciously pushing, or thinking things that are not healthy and uplifting?  Have you ever wondered why things seem to go bad when they should be going good - and probably actually are good when seen from someone else's point of view?  When you get up in the morning, do you look forward to your day, or do you anticipate struggling through to get to the end of it?

Gary Douglas discovered a way to lighten your load and is having fun sharing with the world.  He created Access Consciousness, a method of clearing your energy and healing your emotional wounds.

Think of your mind as a computer.  The memory of your computer can get clogged with unnecessary information and unwanted downloaded programs.  It slows down, does stuff you don't want it to do,  overheats and freezes up, and finally crashes from over-exhaustion.

All you had to do to avoid that crash is defragment and clear it's cookie and history cache.  It needs a regular tune up and maybe a memory boost to keep up with all of the new information you want to load into it.  Regular maintenance can make your computer live longer and work to it's full potential.

Think of your brain and body memory the same way.  You've lived lots of years and accumulated all sorts of information, soaked up your parent's memories and their parent's memories, and unconsciously held on to old emotions and reactions that no longer serve your present living situations.  You want to take in more and grow and change into the person you want but everything new gets pushed away because you have all of the old stuff claiming it's space.

You need to do for yourself what you'd do for your computer to keep it running smoothly and efficiently.  You need to defrag yourself.

This is where Access Consciousness come in.

Your head has 32 points of energy that connect through and around it to create  a grid of sorts that stores all of the information that you've accumulated.  When you connect these points, or "have your bars run," the information can be released or cleared, helping you let go of old emotions, unclog energetic blockages, or release anything interfering with who you want to be.   There's no judgement, no counseling, no need for even having to figure out what really needs to be "fixed".  All you need to do is connect these points with your fingers and let the energy flow.

As you clear these bars on a regular basis, you begin to open the channels to recieve without guilt or obligation.  You basically stop blocking your ability to "go with the flow" and recieve what ever it is you need unconditionally.  Add the clearing statement to any negative thoughts you have, and you create a clear energy flow ready to download new and more positive energy into your body and space.

The clearing statement sounds a bit silly, but once you know what the acronyms stand for it becomes a logical way to state it. You identify a thought or belief that might be holding you back and decide to let it go, then say, "Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts, boys and beyonds."  If you want to find out what it means, go to Accessconsciousness.com to read all about it.

Last month I met with Rhonda Burns, an Access Bars facilitator in my area, to see if I could clear my energy and free it up for all that I'm doing for myself these days.  I've been doing so much energy work lately I should be living a much improved or at least a different kind of life, but in reality my life is just the same as it was this time last year.  I wondered if I was unconsciously holding myself back.  When I found out about Access Bars I looked up the Access Consciousness website, found Rhonda, and made an appointment with her.

She described the process as a relaxing head message that took about an hour to complete.  Upbeat and vivacious, Rhonda made me feel comfortable in her home as I relaxed on her message table.  She said a few clearing statements and started to move my energy around through my feet and hands, and the rest of the hour was spent connecting energy points on my head to free up my flow.  By the end of the hour my brain was free-floating and I felt pretty happy.  I felt a little like I had just enjoyed a couple of margaritas, without the tequila hangover.

About a week ago I tried it again, this time in a class environment where Rhonda taught me and four other people how to do it ourselves.  We took turns clearing each others bars and went home feeling pretty good.  I've done this kind of energy work before, so I could tell this was a good healing method to share with others.

The mantra of Access Consciousness is, "All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory!"  When you get up in the morning repeat it to yourself.  When things are going bad or getting difficult, say it: "All of life come to me with ease and joy and glory!"  I think it'll make you feel better - make your perspective shift towards an easier and more joyful way.  I like saying out loud when my puppy poops under my desk or chews up my slippers.

"All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory!"

Sometimes it does, and now that I've defragged myself things should come to me pretty easily and joyfully, and even with glory.  At least I've lightened up my load.

Well, Now...

Time has flown by and I realized that I promised to keep you posted on the different programs I'm trying, so here's my report:

I tried the Healing Codes for a while, then worked with Dr. Alex Lloyd's Master Key program, and I tried to keep up the regular meditations for as long as my attention deficiency would let me.  Even though I couldn't keep the practice up for the whole 40 days, I found the Master Key meditations relaxing.  I'd sit and watch the videos, repeat the special words out loud or in my head, and listen to the love tone for twenty minutes.  Sometimes I'd plug my ears into my MP3 player and spend 20 minutes before bed relaxing into the mantra, mixing it with the hand gestures for the Healing Codes every once in a while to break things up.

I could feel energy moving around my head, and could tell the whole system was worth the price, but I was side-tracked by a new puppy, crystal meditation bowls and Eva Gregory.  Sorry to say, I didn't continue the Master Key program, though I keep the videos and audios on stand-by until I'm ready to try again.  I never was good with anything that took regular practice for any amount of time.  Sometimes things take too much time to work, and I move on and forget about them.

I have to say the same thing happened with the brain entrainment audios.  Even though I kept up with them for almost a year, I eventually lost focus and moved onto bigger things.  I feel smarter, though!

I finished my month with Eva Gregory and even though I didn't enroll in her year-long course I did join her Cosmic Couch community.  For a monthly fee you join her club of spiritual growth students and have access to monthly teleseminars, posted audio meditations and videos, and community blogs.  She's trying very hard to create a special social media club to share music, join forums, and connect with like-minded peers.  I thought I'd give it a try,  though I'm having a bit of trouble finding the need for sharing.  I may not last long with this club.

During my You-Tube perusal I discovered 12soundsolutions.com's channel.  Doug Parvin, a certified hypnotherapist and sound therapist, uploaded a series of 7 videos that featured Tibetan crystal bowl meditations.  Each video was nothing more than a bowl filled with colored light played to tones that correspond with individual chakras, something that I've been interested in for years.  The pure tone and length of the videos worked well with my chakras.  I was so impressed I visited his website and bought a DVD version of the bowl tones that Doug combined with some pretty interesting color effects, enhancing the experience of the tones and clear your chakras.  I find myself flying high after each bowl of light.  I love it.

Here's a sample of the bowl toning for the root chakra.  Try the others on You Tube HERE.

You can visit 12soundsolutions.com to see what Doug Parvin has to offer.  He even offers a DVD of a stream in the woods for you to play to relax to when you need a touch of nature but don't want to leave home.

As for the puppy, well, I couldn't resist her.

A couple of months ago my dog Jolene had a health scare that did not end well.  Out of the blue she developed a tear in her lung that resulted in air leaking into her chest cavity.  This caused her lungs to compress and she had no way of getting a good breath.  Instead of opting for an operation that would result in breaking her open to repair or take out her lung without the guarantee that she'd survive the trauma, I decided to let her go.  She fell asleep in my lap, one of her favorite things to do,  and never woke up.  I still don't know for sure why it happened, but concluded it was an injury from her life before me that waited until she was happy and secure to finally take it's toll.  I wonder if she planned it that way.

It took me some time, but I finally decided to look for a new dog, and chose to adopt a rescue puppy.  It's been a while since I raised a dog from puppyhood, and I wanted to make sure I picked the right one, so I took my time.  Last week I brought Roxie home with me from a dog adoption event; one look at her little body, beautiful brown eyes and big doe ears and I decided I was ready.  She's smart as a whip, cute, and feisty; a chihuahua/dachshund mix who thinks she's a mountain goat.  She's discovered she can jump over tall baby gates, perch on top of the furniture, and chew through anything in her way.  I thought I was playing it safe by bringing home a small dog, but she's proving me wrong.

She's killing me, but she has the makings of a great dog companion.

Last month I tried a session with an Access Code practitioner, and decided to take a class to learn how to do it myself.  The next blog will be an exploration of the Access Codes, another health/emotional/energy healing mode I discovered recently.  The more I learn about it, the more interesting it gets.

Till then, happy toning!

Dolores Cannon

Dolores Cannon says our planet is so energetically dense, so negative and violent, that the rest of the universe has left us alone in the corner of the galaxy to let us figure out what to do with ourselves.  They are afraid of our violence.

They have, however, kept watch over us and are helping us change with the planet.  They say they have no control of the chemistry of our brains, but can educate us and aid our DNA activation.  We are almost ready to become what we are meant to be.  There have been 3 waves of volunteers born on this planet who came with the sole purpose of supporting the planet and it's inhabitants.  Dolores shows us how to recognize if we are part of one of those waves.

The Earth is a living entity and it's evolving; we are on the cusp of moving into a higher vibrating reality.

Delores Cannon is a past-life regressionist and hypnotherapist who specializes in the recovery and cataloging of "Lost Knowledge".  Working through several different subjects, and by several I mean thousands, Dolores was able to establish communication with several different planetary beings and guides and published several books that contain the information she collected.  She's been all over the planet sharing her knowledge and is a popular speaker and expert on the metaphysical and UFO investigations.

Watch her video - it's fascinating.  Dr. Dolores is articulate and interesting.  Believe what you want; she teaches that we need to pay attention and choose - we grow or get left behind.

The Earth is getting ready to shift and it doesn't care if we go with it or not, so it's up to us to decide to go or stay.  If we want to shed our density and be part of the new Earth,  get rid of fear.  Fear holds us back in so many ways and traps us in low frequencies.  It's also important that we work on our karma, learn to forgive and let go of anything in this life or previous lives.  It's part of our frequency work to learn how.

Dolores has a website:  www.ozarkmt.com  .  She'll be speaking at a UFO conference in April of 2013 and is featured in an exciting film called, "3 Magic Words", due to premier on December 21, 2012 in London.  She's doing a lot - I'm 30 years younger than she and I'm worn out thinking about it.

Dolores, you go girl!

My Adventures With Tree

One morning, not so long ago, I had a dream.  I was in the desert taking refuge in a little adobe souvenir shop.  It was hot and brilliantly bright outside and I was gazing at the view outside the square pane-less window.  What I saw astounded me:  a very long, long dead tree had fallen, stretching from outside the little shop to maybe half a mile away.  All the branches and roots had rotted away leaving only the tree trunk.  There was no bark left and it looked like it was on it's way to petrifying.  I couldn't tell how old the tree was or how long it had laid there but it was beautiful and it was huge.

For some odd reason I decided I needed to go out into the desert sun and hike to the end of it.  I had a clear view of the base of the tree and wanted to see the top, but it was so far away I risked dehydration before I could finish the hike.  The shop owner warned me against it, but I was convinced I'd have no trouble, so I left the shop and started my long walk to the top of the tree.

When I woke up from this strange dream there was a chorus singing in my ear, "I'm home.  I'm ho-o-ome," over and over again.

Of course, my waking thought was, "What the heck was that about?" I listened to the song for a few more minutes as it continued to play in my head, then I got out of bed, went about my day, and finally forgot about it.

Two doors down, right in front of a neighbor's house, there was a willow oak tree that was so old and tall - over 50 feet tall -  that it loomed above the house.  It had spread it's gargantuan limbs so far and wide that it covered their house, my house, and the house in between us.  It was also too close to the house, so had to lean out toward the street to avoid growing into the walls.  This in itself was amazing enough because you could see that somehow the tree knew to keep it's distance; when you looked at it from the side, there were thick branches growing away from the house and over the roof, and there was no evidence that any had been trimmed between it and the house.  It had grown over the years in tandem with the house.

The other amazing thing was that even though there was evidence of some rotting in the trunk, the tree was still deemed healthy by arborists and was capable of living another 50 years or more.

The problem was that it was leaning enough to make us nervous and was huge.  Most of it's limbs were as large as the trunks of the other trees in our neighborhood.  Generations of different squirrel families had lived in it crooks.  Every year it took up to two months to rake up it's fall leaves.  When I looked out my bedroom window I had the feeling of living in a tree house, and this tree was two houses away!

Unfortunately we were getting hit every year by stronger and stronger storms, and everybody worried that it would give up in the wind, come down and take a few houses, gas lines and cars with it.  People all over the D.C. area were cutting down their old trees for the same reason - not too long ago someone died in his car while sitting in traffic as a tree limb came crashing down on him.  My neighbor and owner of the house two doors down was attached to this old oak, and everybody living under it was attached also, so when she finally decided to cut it down after our last hurricane we were a bit in shock.  We never expected her to actually do it.

Within a couple of days of learning about her decision, the tree started to disappear.  First the tree trimmers attacked the right half of the tree, cutting it back limb by limb.  Two days later they came back to strip it of it's other half, leaving the tree armless and bare.  We in the neighborhood could feel it's pain.  It looked like a 50 foot tall giant that had just had his arms amputated.  It was bad.

During this monumental tree trimming, I decided I needed to distance myself from the ordeal and listened to a meditation by Eva Gregory.  The goal of the meditation was to get us, the internet audience, in touch with our higher self and find some guidance.  I put on my headsets to try to drown out the incessant power saw drone and followed  Eva's calming voice into another realm.  Once I was relaxed and in the presence of my higher self I asked him if he had any messages.

He said, "Don't go home."

A switch went off in my head that put my dream, which I'd had only the week before, back into my memory banks.  I realized the tree was trying to tell me something.

The more I thought about it the more I realized that it had been a very protective and loving tree.  It's roots had to be as big and as far reaching as the tree was above ground, which meant it was holding up all three of our houses.  It's branches had spread over us like a protective blanket; it was animal and bird friendly and stood strong and present, taking in everything that went on around it.  It was there before our houses were built, over 50 years ago - it watched the residents move in and move out, showered our lawns with nutrient rich leaf trash, blocked the highway noise and northern cold fronts in the winter and provided very needed shade from the hot summer sun.  We surmised it was at least 79 years old or more and it felt like a grandparent.  It had adopted us, like we adopt cats and dogs, to become our friend and protector.  I'd always taken comfort from it's strength and beauty.

And the tree knew the end was coming.

Even when the last day came and the tree people came to cut down the rest of the tree it tried to reach out to me.

They had their cherry picker at the top and were lopping off the tip of the tree bit by bit.  I sat on the bench in my living room to watch - I had a clear view of the poor old thing from one of my windows.  My radio was on and a song started to  play - one last message for/from my old friend.

"So long, I hate to see you go, but I'll save my tears for later on down the road.
How come I keep on holding on, knowing you won't be coming home."

It's a song by Robert Cray called, "(Won't be) Coming Home."  Have you heard it?  I hadn't until that minute.  After listening to the song for a few minutes I got up and went into the kitchen, flabbergasted by all of the coincidences and disheartened by the site of the death of a friendly giant.

It took almost week of 12 hour days for those guys to get that tree down to a stump.  Now I have an unfamiliar view of the sky from my bedroom window.  The squirrels and birds that called that tree home are now scrambling to find new winter hide-a-ways.  I raked up it's leaves for the last time and found a piece of the tree to take home for a keepsake - a reminder that trees have souls and are always working with us whether we know it or not.  I think I'll carve a heart into it.

Even though we'll never have to worry about the big old willow oak falling over or dropping a heavy limb on a car, we were all sad to see it go.  The owner of the house fought it for years; I'm sure she's the most upset of all of us.  She was very attached to grandfather willow oak.

Like me, you're probably wondering what "home" has to do with this tree.  I really don't know.  Maybe it's how trees feel when their roots are spreading through the earth, maybe our homes are mostly made of trees so they feel a great part of our lives, or maybe "home" is a code word for something even greater.   The best answer I have is the link I have between this tree and a communication I had maybe 10 years ago.

I was on a little island to the west of Vancouver learning from Penelope Smith how to communicate with animals.  It was a week-long class and every day Penelope would talk to the group for a few hours then send us out to practice what we learned.  One day she gave us some homework - we were to find a tree, connect to it mentally, and have a conversation.  Some of us had better success and longer discourses than others; I was somewhat successful with the tree I chose by getting an answer to one question: Where am I going?

The answer I got was, "You're going home."

I guess that became my access code to the trees of the earth.

Good bye old friend.  I'll be listening for more messages.  Home will never be the same without you.

Words to Live By (Master Key)

Ten words and twenty minutes.

That's all you're supposed to need - oh, and 40 days.

Dr. Alex Loyd has done it again: found a way to enhance your immune system and get your body, mind and soul to work better with the health tools you are working with already.  He calls it the Master Key because you use it to unlock your state of being and become open to effortless healing.  He believes that there is a spiritual immune system that can be healed and activate spontaneous healing in the physical immune system.  It doesn't matter what your spiritual beliefs are, if you really want to heal yourself in a real and permanent way, you have to start with your spiritual core.

There is a Master Key System, written by  Charles F. Haanel in 1916, which is a book that explains the law of attraction and teaches you how to use it to improve your life.  This is not it.  Dr. Loyd created a meditation system that repeats 10 very important words over some video with a 528 hertz tone that's supposed to be the frequency that love vibrates playing in the background.  According to Dr. Loyd, the words have to be said aloud and repeated in a certain order to work.  The video, which is a compilation of nature photos and love tone, were added to enhance the experience and make the healing really work for you.  You have to get your whole system working - aural, visual and imagination - at the same time to get the key to unlock your healing ability.

You can use it with the Healing Codes to create a more powerful healing.  Apparently the Master Key meditations make everything work better - your cells open to accept nutrition, standard or alternative medications work better to enhance your body's health.  Your vitamins work better, you absorb nutrients better, your subconscious opens and accepts positive entrainment more easily.  And, yes, it works with the Law of Attraction because you start to be more positive and automatically start vibrating higher and attract a high vibrating and healthy lifestyle.

He's adamant about how good it works, so I decided to give it a try.  I'm only about a week in, so I'll let you know how it goes.  To learn more about the Healing Codes, go here: The Healing codes.

I'll give you the first word, which is really a phrase:  "I am."  You'd be surprised to know how important this phrase is because it can mean so many things. I even wrote a newsletter about it.  When you finish the statement, "I am," you describe yourself, your life, and your expectations, so it's really important to pay attention to what you say.  Make it good.

The rest of the words are just as important, and the trick is not that you believe in them, just that you're open to knowing about them.  This is supposed to open your mind and body to healing of all sorts.  It may take 40 days to open, but it should be worth it.

Here's a video on Vimeo of Dr. Loyd describing the Master Key:  Dr. Alex Explains

Check out this article about how saying the right words can activate your DNA strands in Waking Times.com: Scientists Prove...

The program is still young, so you won't find a lot about it right now.  I'll let you know how it works for me.

Theos is Expanding My Horizons

Today I'll introduce you to Eva Gregory.  Spiritual teacher and living channel to Theos, a group of high vibration energetic beings, Eva has made it her mission to teach us how to connect with our own higher selves to live a prosperous, abundant, creative life.

I joined her Purposeful Prosperity Group to see what she and Theos had to teach, and today we had our first webinar.  It was hopeful, upbeat, interesting, and relaxing.  It was a nice way to spend an hour.

Eva's goal for our group is to help us access our own internal knowledge, bring our frequencies up to connect with our higher selves, and teach us how to listen to our own voices to thrive in every area of our lives.  Theos connects with us to aid our journey into the higher energy frequencies. We had two discourses from Theos during this webinar, and the second one helped raised my frequency so much it took me a while to come back to earth.  I didn't even feel the transition.

Think of closing your eyes for a few minutes.  You're listening to someone tell you how easy and great things are going to be.  You're relaxed and not thinking about anything, just listening.  Then it's over and when you open your eyes you find yourself 20 feet off the ground and wonder how you got there - this is what it felt like.  Even though I was still sitting on the couch I felt like I was floating away.  Very cool.

I've got 3 more webinars to decide if I want to join up for more at full price.  I just might.

My hope is to be able to tap into my purpose, join up with my higher self, and take charge of my entrepreneurial growth.  I want to learn to see my path, not just feel it.  I think Eva Gregory might be the one to help me get there.

Eva has a rich life history.  She's a licensed business coach, author of several books and training programs, co-host of several radio programs, and more.  To learn more about her, check out her website: www.YourGuidanceonDemand.com

To hear some communications from Theos:  Ask Theos

If you want to learn more about Eva's Purposeful Prosperity program, check out her blog: Everyone Wants to See You Succeed.

Eva also has an online community where you can subscribe to listen to live calls with Eva and Theos.   Visit www.TheCosmicLivingroom.com to see more.

What ever happens, Eva's smooth voice and good advice will help my vibrational journey.  We'll see what I decide when my free month is up.  I'm looking forward to my growth.

Goodbye Sandy!

Sandy came by last week.  She huffed and puffed but couldn't knock down any trees, so she moved on.  Thank goodness for us.

Unfortunately, though, the farther north she went, the more aggressive she got, and finally she was able to live up to her name and bury some towns in sand and water.  New York, New Jersey, Connecticut; Sandy's visit to them has left a long lasting impression on the people who live there, and not a good one.

We in the Washington D.C. area have had our weather problems.  We cringe whenever it rains - we wait for our basements to flood and our electricity to stop flowing, and when the weather is dry we worry about our lawns dying off and fight off the ants.  My house sits on top of clay and underground streams.  It's condition relies on the weather.  Usually when we have a lot of rain my basement floods and my windows leak.  I have to worry about mildew and mold.  This summer brought a drought and my house was suffering in a different way.  The basement floor sank a little, the walls shifted, and the doors had trouble staying closed.

Strangely enough, Sandy fixed my house.  The clay expanded with the extra moisture from all of that rain, the walls moved back, and now my doors close easily.  Even though I had sump pump trouble my basement stayed dry, and even though my neighbors prepared for evacuation the Potomac stayed put and left them alone.  We sighed with relief and surprise when Sandy moved her destructive power to other unsuspecting states.  They thought they were prepared for the worst - they were wrong.  We were prepared for the worst, and didn't need to be.

I'm sorry for all of those people who lost their homes and lives and jobs to this hurricane.  I feel their anxiety, worry, and pain.  It could've easily happened to us, and we are aware of how lucky we are.  I am aware of how lucky I am.  My house is dry, my fridge is still working, and I have gas in my car.

Thank you, Sandy, for leaving us unscathed.  Shame on you for what you did to everybody else.  You did what you came for; showed the Eastern Shore and New York City that Mother Nature is still in charge and created a place in history as the largest hurricane ever recorded in the Atlantic basin.  At least you weren't the deadliest.  Thank you for that, too.

There's a lot of talk about how much it's going to cost to fix everything.  It'll be interesting to compare New Jersey's healing time to New Orleans, which is still recovering from Katrina.  Our wallets were already stretched to their limits - I had to choose between trimming some tree branches away from my roof before the storm and groceries.  I chose the tree trimming and am cleaning out my freezer.  It'll be interesting to see who gets to rebuild their home, who has to move on, and who never recovers.  It'll be interesting to see what the next storm does to us.

I used to feel alone with my water worries.  I don't anymore.  Every year someone new feels my anxiety, and even though I'm sorry for them, I'm grateful for the company.

I guess that gives me something else to thank Sandy for.

Goodbye, you stupid hurricane.
