They have, however, kept watch over us and are helping us change with the planet. They say they have no control of the chemistry of our brains, but can educate us and aid our DNA activation. We are almost ready to become what we are meant to be. There have been 3 waves of volunteers born on this planet who came with the sole purpose of supporting the planet and it's inhabitants.
